We process orders after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. RAW BADDIES is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. RAW BADDIES is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact RAW BADDIES for assistance.
